You will process Fast Track claims, review coverage, gather documentation, determine liability, and issue payments within your authority. You’ll maintain detailed files, assist customers, and contribute to storm response efforts and team training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in insurance and claims operations.
• Senior role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Fast Track first-party claims efficiently and accurately.
• Review coverage, gather documentation, and determine liability.
• Make timely decisions on damages within your authority.
• Maintain organized claim files with documentation.
• Issue loss and expense payments through bulk billing systems.
• Assist with Agent One-Shot Claims Program submissions.
• Support customer inquiries and Active Call Directory (ACD).
• Contribute to storm claim response and train new team members.
