• Process Fast Track claims efficiently and accurately.
• Review coverage, gather documentation, and determine liability.
• Make timely decisions on covered damages within authority.
• Maintain accurate and well-documented claim files.
• Issue loss and expense payments through bulk billing systems.
• Manage claims submitted through the Agent One-Shot Claims Program.
• Assist with customer inquiries and support the ACD group.
• Contribute to storm claim response efforts and train new team members.
