Qualifications

• AMT program includes on-the-job training in branch operations.
• Branch Manager Training at L&W Supply’s National Support Center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch profit and loss accountability.
• Hire associates and monitor their performance.
• Maintain inventory and conduct inventory and cash control self audits.
• Set and monitor pricing and ensure acceptable margins on sales.
• Oversee outside and inside sales teams and ensure sales growth.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and ensure service levels and timely deliveries to customers.
• Generate the associate work schedule and control overtime.
