L&W Supply seeks motivated individuals for its Accelerated Manager in Training Program in Orlando. Associates will train to manage a branch, overseeing operations, staffing, inventory, pricing, and sales growth.

Participants complete on-the-job training and attend comprehensive Branch Manager Training at L&W Supply's National Support Center, preparing them to become Branch Managers upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, supply chain, industrial distribution or related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Oversee branch profit and loss accountability.

L&W Supply, a world-class interior building materials and specialty products company, is seeking motivated, success-driven individuals to join its Accelerated Manager in Training Program. These associates will train to manage and grow an L&W Supply branch of their own. L&W Supply Branch Managers have the tools they need to be successful. They operate their branch in an entrepreneurial manner and have high earning potential.Associates in the BMT Program have on-the-job training in all aspects of branch operations, granting them the opportunity to learn from an experienced Branch Manager and his/her team. In addition, they undergo comprehensive Branch Manager Training at L&W Supply's National Support Center. This training incorporates lectures, case studies and guest speakers.
