84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee for a rewarding, entry-level leadership track in store operations. This full-time role provides hands-on training across sales, inventory management, and daily store functions, with future promotions in sight.

No prior experience is required; bring dedication and a willingness to learn. The program includes training on blueprint reading, forklift safety, and Office productivity while preparing you for management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
