Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for its Accelerated Manager in Training Program in Miami, Florida. This position involves on-the-job training to manage an L&W Supply branch, providing associates with high earning potential and entrepreneurial operations.

Successful candidates will learn all aspects of branch operations, work alongside experienced Branch Managers, and potentially qualify for management roles upon program completion. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or another related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and take responsibility for the branch’s profit and loss.
• Hire associates and monitor their performance.
• Maintain inventory and conduct self-audits.
• Set pricing and ensure acceptable margins on sales.
• Oversee sales teams to ensure growth.

Skills
