Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while assisting with merchandise and fixture installation. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and maintaining planogram integrity.

Shifts vary by store; candidates should be available, adaptable and service-oriented, with retail or merchandising experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customer's needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
