Responsibilities

• Classifying scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields.
• Ensuring the quality of scanned documents.
• Processing documents while maintaining accuracy per client SLAs.
• Matching paperwork to accounts and applying business rules.
• Adhering to governmental regulations and company policies.
• Protecting assets and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Upholding ethical standards and business principles.
• Assisting in other operational areas as needed.
