Job summary

SPS in El Paso, TX is seeking a Digital Document Specialist to classify scanned documents, input data into predefined fields, and ensure accuracy within client SLAs. This role requires sharp attention to detail, fast alpha-numeric typing, and comfort working in a production environment with new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Classifying scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields.
  • Ensuring the quality of scanned documents.
  • Processing documents while maintaining accuracy as guaranteed in client SLAs.
  • Matching corresponding paperwork to accounts and applying appropriate business rules.
  • Adhering to all governmental regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Protecting organizational assets and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Upholding ethical standards and complying with business principles.
  • Assisting in other operational areas as needed.

Job Title: Digital Document Specialist
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Be capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Have familiarity with document imaging software (desired but not required).
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Classifying scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields.
  • Ensuring the quality of scanned documents.
  • Processing documents while maintaining accuracy as guaranteed in client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Matching corresponding paperwork to accounts and applying appropriate business rules.
