Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a hands-on warehouse associate responsible for building pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electronic pallet jack to load and unload, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. A strong emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and reliable attendance is required.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working in varying conditions. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallets loads.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets when finished and stage into truck.
• Submit paperwork for load checks before loading.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure regular attendance.
• Assist with loading/unloading pallets on trucks as needed.
• Follow loading instructions and ensure order accuracy.
• Work in varying weather and shift hours according to workload.
