Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks, using forklift and pallet jack technology. You will ensure order accuracy, follow shipment documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work environment under varying shift requirements.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in all weather conditions, and a focus on timely, accurate loading and unloading across local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (order selector/picking, staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to read load sheets and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
