Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to hand build pallets of product for bulk, route, and local deliveries. This labor-intensive role uses an electronic order system and forklift/pallet jack.

The job emphasizes accuracy, safety, and the ability to work in varied weather and shifts driven by workload. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, stacking cases (20–45 lbs each), wrapping pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
