Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to build pallets for bulk, route, and truck loading. The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, standing for long periods, and using power pallet jacks or forklifts to assemble loads per order sheets or voice-pick systems.

Responsibilities include accuracy in loading, compliance with shipper/receiver docs, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Overtime and weekend work may be required; 90-day probation applies with wage increases thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other loading equipment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to load accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick system.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage into truck.
• Submit paperwork for checks before loading.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Ensure regular attendance and reliability.
