Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires operating a forklift or power pallet jack, accurate loading/unloading, and strict adherence to shipping documents.

The position involves lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing, walking, and long shifts with variable hours. Primary duties include building pallets per load sheets, marking out-of-stock items, wrapping pallets, staging loads for trucks, and

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Experience in a warehouse environment such as order picking, staging, or loading/unloading pallets.
Experience driving a forklift and operating powered pallet jacks.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and long shifts, with adherence to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
Wrap pallet when finished and stage/load into truck.
Turn in paperwork for check before loading and have truck checked.
Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
Maintain clean, orderly work area and follow safety rules.
Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
