Job summary

H+H Group's Omaha Recon Center in Papillion, NE is seeking a Used Car Automotive Reconditioning Service Technician to join a high-volume facility. The role focuses on tires, brakes, alignments, batteries, and light maintenance for a large fleet of vehicles.

The position offers a competitive salary range and a structured schedule from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a state-of-the-art shop.

Qualifications

• Be an Experienced Automotive Technician.
• The ability to read, and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely.
• Lift/move items up to 100 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Operate motor vehicles with manual, automatic transmissions and EV's.
• Operate necessary equipment, both manual, and power driven in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Work on basic repairs, such as tires, brakes, and routine, light-duty maintenance.
• Test-drive the vehicle to ensure the work is fixed right the first time.
• Perform work as safely and efficiently as possible.
