The H+H Automotive Group's Omaha Reconditioning Center (ORC) is seeking a detail specialist who takes pride in making vehicles look their absolute best. You'll be a key contributor to the quality and presentation of thousands of vehicles and help exceed customer expectations.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range ($36,000–$60,000+ annually) with flag-hour pay plus production and quality bonuses, in a modern, high-volume facility with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and the ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles.
• Ability to bend, push, climb, twist, reach, kneel and crouch for extended periods.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during a shift; lift and carry 50–100 lbs. throughout the day.
• High energy paired with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish.
• Thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.

Detail Technicians are paid $17.50 / flag-hour based number of hours flagged with additional production and quality-based bonus opportunities. Estimated annual earnings range from $36,000 – $60,000+.

As a Detail Specialist, you'll be a key contributor to the quality and presentation of thousands of vehicles, helping us exceed Customer expectations and maintain industry-leading standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish.

The Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift, flexible hours between 7 am - 6 pm.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Driving Skills: A clean driving record and the ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to:
  • Perform tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
