Job summary

H+H Automotive Group’s Omaha Reconditioning Center (ORC) is seeking an Automotive Detail Specialist. This role focuses on making vehicles look their absolute best through thorough cleaning, polishing, and presentation for thousands of vehicles processed daily.

You will contribute to quality standards, work in a high-volume, modern reconditioning center, and have opportunities to increase earnings through flag-hour pay plus production and quality bonuses.

Qualifications

• A clean driving record and ability to operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles.
• Must perform physical tasks including bending, lifting 50-100 lbs, and frequent movement.
• High energy, positive attitude and willingness to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish.
• Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles meet cosmetic quality standards.

Detail Technicians are paid $17.50 / flag-hour based number of hours flagged with additional production and quality-based bonus opportunities. Estimated annual earnings range from $36,000 – $60,000+.

As a Detail Specialist, you'll be a key contributor to the quality and presentation of thousands of vehicles, helping us exceed Customer expectations and maintain industry-leading standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish.
• Thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.
• Ensuring all vehicles meet cosmetic quality standards.

The Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift, flexible hours between 7 am - 6 pm.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Driving Skills: A clean driving record and the ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
• Physical Stamina:
  • Perform tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during a shift.
  • Lift and carry 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
• Work Ethic: High energy partnered with a positive and friendlyattitude.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and advance within the company.
