Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in one of its auto service centers. You will schedule technicians, manage service appointments, and drive guest satisfaction by coordinating between guests and technicians.

The role emphasizes sales to meet goals, training of staff, and adherence to safety policies. A valid driver\’s license and 1+ year of service-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling technicians and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by liaising between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department staff.
