Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead a busy automotive service center in Florida. You will schedule technicians, manage service appointments, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

You will mentor staff, communicate warranties and promotions, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Prior automotive service management experience and a valid driver's license are required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service management experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
No relocation offered for this position.

Responsibilities

Manage the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments and organizing work flow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by being the liaison between technicians and guests.
Responsible for contributing to the training and development of service department associates.
Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
Utilize tools provided to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, including lifting tires and wheels.
