Potbelly Corporate seeks a friendly, customer-focused Team Member for part-time shifts in Oak Creek, WI. You will work across stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, and prep while ensuring fast, accurate service and a clean, inviting dining area.

Eligibility includes being at least 16, strong communication skills, and an ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Illinois employees may need food-safety certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.).
• Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Handle customer complaints/issues and other duties as assigned.
