You will work across stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep) and handle orders with care. Candidates must be 16+, able to stand long shifts, lift up to 50 lb, and become food safety certified within 30 days in IL.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen environment.
• Able to manage allergens: peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish.
• Team player and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
• IL applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; trash.
• Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow cash procedures.
• Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
• Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
