Qualifications

• Personalize guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to multitask across dishwashing, bussing, and prep roles.
• Willingness to learn and train for different positions.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, kitchen tools and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized area and restock as needed.
• Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils between stations.
• Maintain kitchen cleaning supply levels and stock.
• Greet guests and complete orders within service guidelines.
• Know menu items, ingredients and potential allergens.
• Support service line and kitchen teams for smooth coordination.
• Prepare ingredients for service and ensure food safety standards.
