Responsibilities

• As a Shift Lead, you will lead your team, maintain service and quality standards, and support the General Manager.
• You will de-escalate conflicts, coach team members, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Oversee store cleanliness, end-of-day tasks, and safety for staff and guests.
• Communicate daily food production needs and ensure adherence to recipe and health codes.
• Assist with inventory management and other duties as assigned by management.
