Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area.
• Ensure kitchen cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including taking out trash when needed.
• Restock salad line items and prepare ingredients for service (washing, cutting, and stocking).
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
• Present yourself professionally, with friendly and respectful communication.
• Follow uniform guidelines.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by your manager.
