Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces and other food prep duties.
• Prepare simple menu items as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
