Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
• Able to execute tasks accurately and efficiently in high-volume settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Works well in a team and supports culinary staff.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and thrives under pressure.
• Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Properly store and rotate inventory.
• Ensure food is prepared and plated with consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.
