Flower Child in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. This role requires 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

You will prep and cook a variety of items using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers, portion products, and follow recipes. This position supports a healthy, fast service environment with opportunities for growth within Flower Child and its family brands.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and some holidays.
• Able to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
