SECU Credit Union Ltd. is hiring a Consumer Loan Processor to join our Consumer Lending team. You will promptly process consumer loans and communicate with members by phone to finalize funding details, while coordinating with internal teams to meet service standards.

Role requires prior customer service experience, familiarity with LOS systems being helpful, and strong written and verbal communication. Competitive benefits and total well-being initiatives offered.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer/member service role is required.
• Experience with a loan origination system (LOS) is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to learn multiple software platforms and adapt to changing priorities.

• Process consumer loan applications promptly and accurately.
• Interact with members by phone to support inquiries and finalize funding details.
