• Process and maintain documentation for indirect consumer loans; ensure compliance.
• Communicate loan status to involved parties; maintain relationships with members, mortgage professionals, network dealers, and staff.
• Stay current with regulatory updates and complete required training; maintain knowledge of loan products and services.
• Track dealer incentives and ACH funding; issue incentive checks and manage reports.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to departmental processes for equity and consumer loan operations.
