Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor I to support member loan applications from intake to funding. You will interact with members, underwriters, and lending reps via phone and system-based workflows to ensure a timely, accurate close.

The role requires 1–2 years of consumer loan processing experience and solid MS Office skills, with responsibilities spanning document collection, compliance checks, and coordination across departments. Full-time, non-exempt, hourly pay.

• 1 to 2 years consumer loan processing or related banking experience.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Center Parc’s core values and deliver exceptional member service.
• Receive, complete, and process applications approved by underwriting.
• Gather and process lending documentation for loan closings and funding.
• Ensure accuracy of forms and documentation for liens, auto titles, and insurance.
• Follow up on pending applications to maintain forward momentum.
• Obtain member signatures on documents and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle a range of service requests and research inquiries about loan applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer lending products and services.
• Adhere to CPCU lending policies and fraud prevention measures.
