Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and storage spaces.
• Help store and organize clean dishes and kitchenware for quick access.
• Assist with basic prep tasks and support kitchen staff as needed.
• Notify supervisors when supplies are running low and assist with inventory.
