Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the dishwashing area flow.
• Sort, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Store cleaned items per health standards and replenish stations.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Assist with light prep work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, dry, and safe dish area floor and environment.
• Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH teams to support service flow.
• Follow company food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
