Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on washing dishes, maintaining sanitation, and organizing stored items in a busy hotel kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include supporting basic kitchen tasks, inventory assistance, and collaboration with chefs to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and equipment for service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen items using dishwashers or manual washing methods.
• Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
• Clean and sanitize dishwashing equipment and storage areas regularly.
• Dispose of trash and recycling according to hotel policies.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware in designated areas.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed and organize supplies.
• Help keep the kitchen workstations clean and organized.
• Notify supervisors when kitchen supplies are running low.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory as needed.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure availability of clean dishes for food preparation and service.
