Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality in California is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher will ensure cleanliness of dishes and kitchen items, supporting a smooth operation during service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow sanitation procedures, and collaborate with Executive Chef/Sous Chef. This is a full-time position with weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashers or manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
• Store clean dishes and cookware in designated areas and keep workstations organized.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed, such as peeling vegetables or chopping ingredients.
• Support inventory by noting supplies running low and helping with deliveries.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure clean dishes are available for service.
