Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper shortening level in fryers and filters as required.
• Cook food per shift needs and Manager guidance.
• Ensure food meets specifications and holding times.
