Work requires standing for long periods, handling heavy items, and maintaining a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to uphold high sanitation and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the batter table, collects all necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Prepares and cooks all food products as dictated by shift needs and Manager in Charge.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains proper shortening levels and balances fryers for safe, quality results.
• Filters, cleans fryers and adheres to safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Keeps shelves and coolers organized and stocked for the batter area.
