Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume telesales hiring. The recruiter will identify, screen, and advance qualified candidates, collaborating with Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain a strong pipeline and deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. This remote role supports recruitment across the United States from a Work@Home setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, sales, or telesales positions preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications against established hiring criteria.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring team for next steps.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Ensure all recruiting activities are completed within established SLAs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Respond to candidate questions and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations leaders to support hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and productivity goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.
