Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Runner to deliver dishes from kitchen to table swiftly and accurately while coordinating with front and back of house teams. The role supports waitstaff, maintains item flow, and ensures a high level of customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a High School Diploma, can work in the United States, and are comfortable using OpenTable. Flexible hours and a benefits package including health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age and valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Assist waitstaff and maintain a steady flow of items to tables and dishwashing area.
• Operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with staff.
