Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Food Server to warmly welcome guests and accurately take food and beverage orders. You will ensure items are delivered promptly, inform guests about menu options and allergens, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. This role requires a friendly demeanor and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Two years related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with POS systems and knowledgeable about beer and spirits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enter orders into POS promptly and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide menu, pricing, and allergen information to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shift.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
