Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Familiarity with beer and spirits.
• Sanitation and safety training helpful.
• Safe alcohol service knowledge.
• Experience in full-service restaurant operations.
• Effective English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu details, pricing, and allergen information.
• Enter orders promptly into the POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Replenish stock as needed during shifts.
• Assist with moving furniture as directed by management.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Comply with safety and health regulations and liquor laws.
• Handle guest payments and close checks accurately.
• Record equipment issues and safety hazards for management.
