Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and contributing to store operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
