Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, maintain planogram integrity, perform store resets on schedule, and support other duties as assigned, always prioritizing safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Perform merchandise and fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
