Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in a store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers to deliver legendary service while supporting store operations and daily tasks.

Qualified candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. The role requires reading and counting skills, high school diploma preferred, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment; follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
