Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute in-store tasks from planograms to signage, while delivering legendary customer service. You will work closely with store leadership and teammates to complete projects on schedule and uphold safety standards.

This role emphasizes reliability, flexible shifts, and the ability to communicate effectively with district supervisors as tasks are completed and updated.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Change prices and install/store signage as directed.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures (PDQs) and maintain sign integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor.
