Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks, planogram updates, price changes, signage installation, and fixture assembly in a single store, delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, read/write/count accurately, and are comfortable working indoors and outdoors, with lifting up to 50 pounds and shifts typically lasting several hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and be flexible with shifts.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA steps.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend products.
