Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work as part of the Field Activity Support Team in a single store, interacting with customers and teammates to ensure accurate pricing, appealing displays, and attentive service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
