Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store and own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. The role also covers merchandise and fixture assembly, with focus on maintaining signage and delivering legendary customer service.

The position requires reliable attendance, ability to work varied shifts, and strong communication with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. Prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties.
