Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join a single-store focus, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with the Field Activity Support Team to complete store layout updates, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform replenishment and check planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
