Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while following GURA guidelines.

Responsibilities include planogram execution, pricing updates, signage maintenance, and fixture assembly, with shifts typically ranging across multiple hours per day.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
