Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in one store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You'll interact with customers and teammates delivering legendary service.

Responsibilities include attending shifts, completing planograms, updating signage, assembling PDQs, and supporting store operations while following the GURA framework to greet, uncover needs, recommend, and ask for the sale.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
